Supermodel Linda Evangelista has revealed that she gets Botox despite settling a $50million lawsuit she took after a CoolSculpting procedure sent her into hiding for six years when she was left with things “protruding” from her body.
“I don’t mind and I never did mind ageing,” she said. “Ageing gets us to where we want to be, and that’s for me a long life,” she continued, before revealing she gets “tweakments” to keep looking youthful.
“I want wrinkles – but I Botox my forehead so I am a hypocrite – but I want to grow old,” she admitted.
“I want to watch my son grow into a fine young man. I just want to stick around,” she told Vogue.
The 58-year-old made the admission as she joined fellow supermodels Cindy Crawford, 57, Christy Turlington, 54, and Naomi Campbell, 53, for a shoot for the iconic fashion magazine that highlights ageing.

Their shoot and the accompanying interviews are in advance of a four-part documentary entitled The Super Models, debuting on Apple TV+ next month.
In September 2022, Linda took to her Instagram to announce that she had filed the now settled lawsuit against Zeltiq Aesthetics for grievous injuries.
In a lengthy post that she captioned: “#TheTruth #MyStory” she gave the gory details of the aftermath of a CoolSculpting procedure she underwent.
“Today I took a big step towards righting a wrong that I have suffered and have kept to myself for over five years,” she began.
“To all my followers who have wondered why I have not been working while my peers’ careers have been thriving, the reason is that I was brutally disfigured by Zeltiq’s CoolSculpting procedure which did the opposite of what it promised.

“It increased, not decreased my fat cells and left me permanently deformed even after undergoing two painful, unsuccessful, corrective surgeries. I have been left, as the media has described, ‘unrecognizable’.”
“I have developed Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia or PAH, a risk of which I was not made aware of before I had the procedures.
“PAH has not only destroyed my livelihood, it has sent me into a cycle of deep depression, profound sadness, and the lowest depths of self-loathing. In the process, I have become a recluse.”
“With this lawsuit, I am moving forward to rid myself of the shame, and going public with my story,” she said.
