Lindsay Lohan is said to be expecting a baby boy with husband Bader Shammas, as the pregnant star prepares to give birth.
The actress, 36,announced the news of her pregnancy back in Marchwith a sweet Instagram post and is now counting down the days until she becomes a first-time mum.
The star, who married her husband Bader in 2022, is reportedly expecting a baby boy, according to reports by TMZ, with the arrival of the new baby imminent.
Lindsay and Bader had been dating for around three years before announcing their engagement in November 2021,with the couple’s publicist later confirmingtheir marriage in July 2022.
OK! has reached out to representatives for Lindsay for comment.
The couple announced the pregnancy on Instagram, with Lindsay posting a photo of a white baby grow with the words ‘Coming Soon’ written across the front.
In the caption, the Mean Girls star wrote: “We are blessed and excited!”
Earlier this month, she admitted she had been left “crying happy tears” during her pregnancy as she opened up on her journey.
Lindsay has been excitedly preparing for impending motherhood and spoke to Allure magazine about the emotions she’s been experiencing in the run-up to the birth.
Speaking to the publication, Lindsay said: “I can't wait to see what the feeling is and what it's like to just be a mom.”
She then revealed she had always felt maternal, but admitted she had been crying a lot more lately as she adjusted to a wave of new emotions in the wake of her pregnancy.
Lindsay added: “Happy tears. That's just who I am. Though now, it’s probably baby emotion.”
The star’s heartwarming baby news came just a year after she tied the knot with Bader in a private and intimate ceremony that managed to escape the press for months, only being picked up when Lindsay referred to her partner as her ‘husband’ online.
The couple tend to keep their relationship private, however Lindsay opened up on her “amazing” husband during an appearance on Good Morning America last year.
Lindsay said of her husband, who works in finance: "I'm really lucky", before adding: "I found my partner and he's an amazing man and we're a great team."
