Lola Tung, Gavin Casalegno and Christopher Briney step out after visiting the TODAY Show studios on Wednesday (June 28) in New York City.
The Summer I Turned Pretty stars are kicking off promo for the new season of their hit Prime Video series, which is based off the book series by Jenny Han.
During their appearance with Hoda Kotb, the trio dished on their parent’s support, hanging out together while not filming and, of course, teased the upcoming second season.

“I would say the characters go through a lot of growth and have experienced new things, as you do when you grow up, and are sort of learning how to deal with these new feelings and new changes in their relationships,” Lola shared.
“The second season grows up with these characters because they’ve experienced a lot of big things in their life ’til this point, bigger than they had before going into the first season, so the tone goes along with them,” Christopher added.
The Summer I Turned Pretty season two debuts on July 14th. Check out the teaser trailer here!
