Lottie Tomlinson and Lewis Burton have officially unveiled the name of their newborn son after welcoming the tiny tot into the world last week.
The 30-year-old former pro tennis player and the Tanologist founder, 24, welcomed their newborn son on August 10, and have now unveiled his name for the first time alongside an adorable video on Instagram.
Set to Adele ’s My Little Love, a short video clip showed the sleeping tot relaxing with his eyes closed alongside a caption which revealed his unique name.
“Our perfect creation,” wrote Lottie. “Introducing our son, our world, love of our lives. Lucky Burton.”
The unusual moniker, much as you’d expect, is thought to mean ‘fortunate’ and has typically been used in the past as a nickname, but can also be used as a given name in its own right.
Fans at home were loving the quirky name for the adorable tot, with many commenting on the video to share their thoughts and warmest wishes with the young family.
Former X-factor star Betsy Blue commented: “He is so gorgeous. I love the name too. Congratulations xxx”
Made In Chelsea star Ashley James also couldn’t get enough of the new moniker, as she wrote: “Soooo cute. And love his name!”
Another fan then added: “Congrats lottie and lewis!! The name is beautiful, suits him so much <3 lots of love.”
Shortly after the name was revealed, Lottie and Lewis also went on to share a number of photos on their Instagram stories that gave another glimpse at the latest addition to their growing family.
In the first of the snaps, Lottie could be seen cuddling a sleeping Lucky, as she held him close to her chest, alongside the caption: “My boy (heart emoji) Lucky Burton.”
Another snap also showed doting dad Lewis with the little one cradled against his chest, as he enjoyed some much needed skin-to-skin bonding time.
Dressed in a white hat complete with white scratch mitts and socks, Lucky appeared to be enjoying his time with his dad as he napped away peacefully with a contented smile on his face.
Lewis then shared two more photos of his son, which included a close up image of Lucky’s face as he napped away in a white sleep suit, while another image showed the baby striking a precious pose with his arms above his head as he slept peacefully beneath a grey blanket.
The latest pictures came after Lewis expressed his admiration for Lottie after she gave birth, posting a stunning snap of her on his Stories and writing: "Very proud of you, we are both lucky to have you," along with a baby emoji.
After announcing the news last week, Lottie took to social media to share her own adorable black and white shot of their son along with a sweet snap of her boyfriend carrying him out of the hospital.
