Liam Reardon has admitted that everyone is "faking it" inside the villa as he opens up about what life is like in the iconic Love Island villa.
The former islander, 23, entered the villa in 2021, later being crowned winner alongside then-girlfriend Millie Court. A year after their win the couple split, but have been rumoured to have rekindled their romance in recent months.
And now, Liam has shared some behind-the-scenes secrets as he discusses the reality of life behind the cameras.
In an interview with Heart Radio, the reality star shared that re-filming scenes can lead to people "faking" things, as he explained: "Certain scenes you have to do again.
"For instance, with the…whenever we had like a party in the villa, and we'd all run out in the bedroom, you know 'whoo whoo' given it all..
"We'd have to go out like seven times so they'd film like three times from the front then filmed three times on the back, make sure they had the perfect shot by the sixth or seventh you just completely and utterly faking it."
Liam also shared the bizarre reason he would get in trouble with producers. He said: "So there was a tannoy in the villa and the garden the voice of God we called it.
"If they wanted Liam to go to the beach hut they say 'Liam go to the beach hut 1 or beach hut 2' and someone will be there telling you.. either telling you off because I used to get a telling off for a lot of things.
"I used to wear lots of like patterned shirts, and they wouldn't let me wear them because they would flicker on the camera. So I packed so many pattern shirts and they used to shout at me for trying to wear them."
Discussing the rumours of his reunion with Millie, Liam declared that the pair were "good friends" but didn't explain any further.
He said: "A lot of rumours going around about me and Millie. It's hard to address them all. But the main thing is me and Millie are really good friends. And we've been good friends since the day we met. And that's all I can say right now."
The rumours that their romance has been rekindled have been rife over recent weeks – with speculation intensifying after they were pictured on a cruise together with singer Jessica Yallup. Days later, they were spotted together again on the Spanish island of Ibiza.
And ahead of this the couple were spotted enjoying what appeared to be a romantic trip to the Lake District over Easter. Days before the trip, Millie confirmed that she was no longer single.
In a YouTube video, she addressed her relationship status, saying: “There has been a lot of rumours. I am going to confirm that I am dating someone but I'm not ready to tell you guys yet.”
