Love Island stars Zara Lackenby-Brown and Cynthia Otseh-Taiwo have 'saved a man's life' after intervening when they spotted him in need of help on the street.
Zara and Cynthia, both 25, were enjoying a night out in London when they discovered the man, who was wearing a suit and backpack, lying on the floor and "choking on his sick."
Taking to Instagram, Zara – who enjoyed a brief romance with co-star Jordan Odofin after starring on the hit ITV2 show – explained: "I feel like we just saved a life.
"So me and Cynthia were on Camden High Street and there was a man in a suit passed out.
"I didn't even notice him at first but Cynthia clocked him and said, 'No, Zara, there's something not right there'."
She continued: "We double took, everyone walked past everyone was ignoring him. He starts throwing up and choking on his own sick and I was like no I need to call an ambulance. But it was like no one cared, it was really weird."
After calling the emergency services, they were told it could take up to an hour before an ambulance would reach the scene.
However, Cynthia luckily saw one driving down the street and managed to flag it down to get their assistance.
She added: "That man is now being seen to and getting medical assistance but he could have easily choked on his sick and died."
Alongside the video, Zara wrote: "Always ask yourself if you can do something to help in these situations."
It comes as ITV have confirmed that the social media ban that was put on the winter series contestant's profiles will return for the summer series, which will air in just two weeks time.
Zara previously slammed the decision to not allowed the Islanders' social media accounts to be public while they were in the villa.
She said back in March: "My family definitely experienced the trolling towards me, regardless of whether my account was paused or not.
"And it's actually a shame. Because islanders' channels have previously been open, that's been a way for the friends and family to be able to have a voice."
Noting the business opportunities that often come from the show, Zara added to BBC Newsbeat: “If anything, the social media ban has just stunted our social media growth."
ITV has announced that after the initial trial period of the last series, the show is formally introducing the ban "to ensure that both the Islanders and their families are protected from the adverse effects of social media."
