Doubt was thrown on Love Island’s Ron’s ability to stay faithful to Lana after he asked her to be his official girlfriend during Sunday’s episode of spin-off Aftersun.
Host Maya Jama, 28, quizzed the panel – podcast host Grace Barry, former Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson and ex Islander Indiyah Polack – on what they thought of the pair after they decided to go exclusive as a couple.
When asked if they thought they would stay together when they returned from the UK from South Africa, all three members of the panel gave a resounding: ‘No!’
Indiyah, who appeared on the show last year, insisted Ron would lose interest in the relationship when he was back in the swing of normal life, making personal appearances at nightclubs.
And fans of the show took to Twitter to agree with what they heard on Aftersun, with one person writing: ‘I’m so glad nobody at Aftersun is that interested in Lana and Ron either.’

‘LMFAO everyone on aftersun dissing Ron and Lana is so real,’ wrote someone else.’
While someone else posted: ‘I love how the panellist are not liking Ron and Lana. They know they ain’t lasting outside and they’re dry.’
Someone else shared: ‘Aftersun routing for Kai and sanam and not Ron and Lana I know that’s right.’
However, one other person wrote: ‘Watching Aftersun and it annoys me how they all slate Ron and Lana and I hope they prove them all wrong and stay together get married and have kids in the future then they can all apologise.’

Financial advisor Ron and make-up artist Lana, both 25, were seen sharing a heartwarming moment on the roof terrace of the villa as they discussed their time together.
Reality star Ron poured his feelings out to Lana as he said he’d never felt the way he did about her with anyone before but some fans thought the moment was a tactical move to win the show.
He told her: ‘I’ve never had a relationship or anything like that so for me it’s a massive thing. And we’ve said to each other about being exclusive, but that’s not enough for me. I want the title.

Lana excitedly responded: ‘Are you asking me right now?’
To which Ron reiterated: ‘I’m asking you, will you be my girlfriend?’
Unable to stop smiling, Lana told him, ‘Yeah!’, before the pair shared a passionate kiss.
Shouting down to the rest of the Islanders from the roof terrace, Ron declared: ‘Guys! I’ve got a Mrs.’
Fans were quick to take to Twitter to express their mixed feelings after watching the scenes.
While some people were delighted to see Ron and Lana, others were adamant they did not want to see them with the show, with some thinking the move may have been tactical.

Meanwhile, an unimpressed show fan posted: ‘Ron & Lana are about to win cause Will couldn’t keep his tongue in his mouth during casa amor.’
While someone else wrote: ‘So convenient Ron smelling that finish line 50k and forcing everyone to think he really likes Lana & now being BF /GF – please I’m not convinced at all!’
‘I really like Lana but I don’t think Ron is 100% genuine. You can tell that he knows he can win with her,’ suggested another viewer.

Earlier in the episode Love Island viewers were left convinced Lan quietly declared her love for Ron.
The duo sat together at the fire pit before the blonde beauty seemingly whispered her true feelings.
Gushing about her reasons for wanting to stick with Ron, she admitted she has been ‘speaking her feelings out loud’.
As they gazed into each other’s eyes Lana spoke of her ‘relief’ at still being paired up with the hunk, before appearing to mutter something under her breath, with it being unclear if Ron heard.
Taking to Twitter one viewer wrote: ‘Did I just hear Lana whisper “I love you”.’
During a Beach Hut confessional, Ron said: ‘Me and Lana are staying strong, she’s falling and me too, there’s nothing better than that feeling.’

However other viewers were less convinced with one writing: ‘Ron doesn’t love Lana man lol he loves the 50k [prize].’
And another added: ‘Ron does not love Lana this is forced.’
