Love Island couple Gemma Owen and Luca Bish have been predicted to split after the show by a psychic.
Gemma ,19, and Luca, 23 were the first couple to announce their strong feelings towards each other on the ITV2 series and were together since pretty much the start of the show.
It was thought that the pair might even go on to win, however they lost out in the final on Monday 1 August, coming in as runners-up to winners Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti.
While Gemma and Luca remained the most loyal couple in the villa, they still ran into trouble with several heated arguments, and Luca sparked fury among fans over his treatment of Gemma on Movie Night and the Mile High challenge.
Though they made it through and were supported by viewers in the series' final, psychic Inbaal Honigman doesn’t believe the couple will make it in the long run, and will break up to access “creative opportunities”.
Ms Honigman gave her predictions in a Tarot reading ahead of the Love Island final, telling the Daily Star: “The Sun, The Universe and Art, tell us that their sunny beginnings and plucky personalities will help them bridge over any differences they might have.
"They're opposites in many ways, but opposites can attract, especially if they're willing to learn from one another. They'll work on their relationship away from the public, and emerge victorious with the support of their families.”
The psychic added: "They'll stay together for a few months but have to separate to pursue creative opportunities.
"They'd be talking engagement! But not the full marriage."
Gemma introduced Luca to her mum Louise in the anticipated Meet the Parents episode on Sunday night.
While her famous footballer dad Michael Owen did not attend, mum Louise was on hand to give her daughter’s approval of Luca.
The reunion did get awkward however, as Louise pointed out the fishmonger’s foot fetish to Gemma.
She said: "Oh I tell you one thing that is very weird. The sucking the toe thing in the pool.” Louise added: “Is this a new thing?”
Embarrassed, Gemma then casually replied: "I'm not that bothered about it, he just likes my feet."
Fans believe that Luca appeared to be “fuming” in the final after he heard that he had placed second behind Ekin-Su and Davide.
This comes as many viewers felt that the Brighton star thought he’d win the show with Gemma.
