‘It’s like a really good headache’: Love Island’s Tom struggles to decide between Sammie and new Casa Amor girl Lydia after they share a steamy kiss on the terrace
Tom Clare found himself in a difficult situation during Wednesday’s episode of Love Island as he tried to decide between Sammie Elishi and new Casa Amor girl Lydia.
After insisting that he was ‘not shut off’, Tom had been getting to know Lydia, and even shared a steamy kiss with her on the terrace.
But taking to the Beach Hut, Tom admitted the difficult time he was having deciding between the pair.
He said: ‘On one hand I’ve got Sammie who’s a worldie… And Lydia who’s also a worldie.
‘It’s tough. It’s a headache. It’s a really good headache, but it is a headache’.

Meanwhile, in Casa Amor Sammie, who has been getting to know Ryan, was left pining for Tom, admitting she was having a ‘miss Tom day’.
It comes after Tuesday’s night’s episode of Love Island saw Sammie admit that Ryan was causing her head to become ‘scrambled’.
They shared a moment together in the garden, with Ryan admitting that he was 100 per cent on her.
Sammie replied: ‘Thank you for scrambling my head a bit more.’
Later in the Beach Hut, she said: ‘My head is scrambled. It’s obviously so early but the fact it’s been one day is very telling and I think it wouldn’t be fair not to give it a chance.’
Meanwhile, Tom got to know Lydia, saying that he was open to exploring a connection.
He told her: ‘There’s a few lads in here that are shut off, but I’m not shut off I’m here to find a wife!’
In the Beach Hut he said: ‘She took me by surprise actually. She’s a very good looking girl.

‘I’ve got a very good thing with Sammie but if I had a better connection with someone else than of course I would go for that, so only time will tell.’
Elsewhere, there seemed to be trouble ahead for Tanya and Shaq after they both flirted with other people.
The Islanders at both Casa Amor and the main Villa went head-to-head in the Raunchy Races challenge.
When the Islanders received a text asking the shortest girls to snog the boy she fancies most, Tanya locked lips with Martin Akinola in Casa Amor.
Shaq reflects on this round and says: ‘I was thinking who’s shorter out of Tanya and Jessie, I’m hoping it was Jessie…’
Meanwhile, after Tanya’s kiss with Martin she says: ‘Oh wow, it was good actually.’
A disgruntled Shaq says: ‘Who cares’ after Casa Amor wins.
Then, the most tattooed guy has to kiss the girl he fancies most, with Shaq running over to snog Lydia.

Tanya realised this is Shaq and says: ‘It’s just a game, it’s just a game – it’s not just a game, I’m fuming.’
After the challenge it appears both of them however, are up for exploring new people.
Speaking to Will Young and Casey O’Gorman in the bedroom, Shaq says: ‘It’s actually difficult because I want to put in work in and go for it.’
He adds: ‘The only thing i wont do is kiss someone outside of a challenge.’
Meanwhile, Tanya tells the girls: ‘I have no idea how I feel. The way he looks at me, he’s just gazing into my eyes.’
Later she admits: ‘I could kiss him but I’m so scared.’
She tells the girls: ‘I love his energy – the recipe is so good, I’m tasting the soup.’
