Maya Jama has shared a video about how she's been rather emotional recently and hasn't been feeling herself, as she took a break from her phone for one day.
Posting a video to her Instagram Story, the Love Island host, 29, told fans: "Hello there friends, just thought I'd check in because I didn't go on my phone yesterday.
"I've just been feeling really heavy and like, not my usual self over the last 24 [hours]."
Maya continued: "And I wanted to say it because I get so many messages on here, being like 'how do you stay so positive and happy all the time?' And like I am the majority of the time, but some days I'm not.
"And I wanted to show you that we all have s*** days if you didn't already know.
"And instead of me pretending that everything was alright, I got up, I had a little pray and I had a little cry and sat on my own for a bit and now I feel better.
"I think sometimes we just need to give ourselves a moment and just let yourself feel even if it's nothing in particular."
She finished: "Life is just heavy, right? Well, life is always heavy, but right now, especially and yeah, it's OK to not feel your best all the time."
Maya's candid discussion about her emotions comes just days after she headed on a romantic date night with Stormzy after the pair rekindled their romance earlier this year.
Maya appeared to officially confirm the relationship earlier this month when she shared a video of Stormzy welcoming her home after being away.
The footage began with Stormzy standing in front of a bright yellow car while holding up and waving two homemade signs. As Maya moved closer, fans could easily read the message on the right, which read: "Maya Jama #1 fan."
And back in August, fans were left delighted when Maya and Stormzy were photographed hand-in-hand while enjoying a romantic stroll in Greece.
At the time, an insider told The Sun: "Stormzy is mad for Maya and has spent huge amounts of money taking her on a luxury holiday."
They added: "He chartered a private jet to Greece then they flew into the resort by helicopter. It’s all very romantic. The Amanzoe is incredibly pricey and they’ve been waited on hand and foot.
"It was Maya’s birthday earlier this month and this trip is a bit of a belated birthday present from Stormzy to Maya. She means the world to him and he wants her to be treated like a queen."
