Love Island power couple, Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury, are basking in the glow of their lavish engagement, and have jetted back to the UK in style on a private plane after their picture-perfect proposal.
Tommy shared a snapshot on social media of his designer trainers resting on the plush plane seat, accompanied by a box of snacks for their flight home. The caption read: "heading home fiances" followed by an eternity symbol, perfectly capturing their love-filled journey.
In the next photo, their adorable daughter Bambi could be seen smiling and surrounded by toys in her seat, with her proud dad describing her as: "my perfect angel".
The couple revealed their exciting engagement news on Sunday, sharing a breathtaking black-and-white video of the heartfelt proposal with the caption "Forever. 23/07/23."
In the proposal video, fans also caught a glimpse of Molly-Mae's stunning engagement ring. A jeweler expert described it as a "five-carat oval diamond" with an estimated value of up to £1 million.
Molly-Mae later disclosed that Tommy had orchestrated an elaborate ruse to keep the proposal a surprise. He went to great lengths, crafting fake emails and invites to a supposed "brand event" that both were invited to attend. Friends, family, and even the brand itself played along flawlessly, completely fooling Molly-Mae.
The reality star shared behind-the-scenes pictures from their special day, revealing how she was misled before the grand reveal. The surprise proposal unfolded when Molly-Mae believed they were heading to an event, but instead, she was greeted by Tommy and her favorite singer RuthAnne singing her favourite song.
Sharing a picture of herself with Molly-Mae and Tommy from the stunning cliffside location where Tommy proposed, singer RuthAnne wrote on Instagram: "A pinch me moment! After sharing news of the proposal to Instagram, Molly-Mae's 7.5 million followers, celebrity pals and her former Love Island co-stars were quick to react. Maura Higgins wrote: "BALLING AGAIN!!!!!!!!! ILYSM CONGRATULATIONS YOU TWO" with heart emojis.
Molly-Mae's manager and BFF, Francesca Britton, wrote: "Oh my goodness I’m off again, the best news congratulations. Love you all" with heart emojis.
