Eamonn Holmes claims young male at This Morning was ‘fragile’
Shamed former This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield is reportedly selling the plush penthouse apartment, in which it has been claimed he spent time with his younger lover and former colleague.
The property is owned by Phillip, 61, and his estranged wife Steph, 59, who bought it as a new build in 2012 for £1,200,000.
According to the reports, the sale price is said to be the same as what the couple paid for it.
The property boasts two double bedrooms and views of the landmark building, The Shard.
It is near The London Studios where This Morning used to be filmed before it moved to White City’s Television Centre in 2018.
It is also an ideal location for anyone with a busy social life as the property offers an easy commute to the West End.
Earlier this week Eamonn Holmes claimed he had recently found out the runner at the centre of Phillip’s affair scandal, would arrive at the studio much earlier than he would – “delivered from Phillip’s home”.
Eamonn made the shocking revelation in an explosive interview with Dan Wooton on GB News.
“I didn’t know but I have subsequently found out from a very, very good source, because he would arrive much earlier in the morning than I would for the programme, that he was delivered from Phillip’s London home, usually on a Friday morning because Thursday was playtime when he and Phillip would hit the town,” Eamonn claimed.

“And then he obviously stayed overnight and there are records to show he was brought in separately the next day in cars paid for by ITV.”
Asked what he knew about the relationship, Eamonn added: “The only thing I ever knew was that, oh, they’re very close, oh Phillip’s his boyfriend. The lad would never admit anything like that to us.”
Eamonn spoke out after Phil resurfaced on social media blasting “the same handful of people with a grudge against him”.

“Now I no longer work on This Morning I am free to say this. I hope you have noticed that it’s the same handful of people with a grudge against me or the show who seem to have the loudest voice,” Phil posted to Instagram.
“This Morning is the best show to work on, with the best people. In all the years I worked there was no toxicity. You can listen to those persistently loud voices if you like.
“But the thousands of guests over the years, thousands of staff and crew, hundreds of presenters and contributors all know, it is a family of wonderful, talented, kind, hardworking people.”
Last Friday Phillip unleashed a further bombshell when he admitted to having an “unwise but not illegal” affair with a younger ITV employee in an explosive statement.
Upon the announcement, the broadcaster resigned from ITV entirely, despite the fact that he was scheduled to present this weekend’s British Soap Awards.
He was also dropped from his talent agency, YMU, for lying about the affair.
