Pregnant Chloe Madeley has revealed that she recently fainted whilst being on public transport due to suffering from an iron deficiency anaemia.
The daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, 35, described the incident as a "scary moment" via Instagram.
Using her social media platform she opened up to her 252,000 followers on what she has "learned in [her] third trimester".
Personal trainer Chloe, who is married to former rugby player James Haskell, typed: "Things I have learned in my third trimester. These experiences are my own, every single woman and pregnancy is entirely different …
"Walking is actually more uncomfortable than lifting weights."
She added: "I wish I’d taken the first sniff of dropping iron levels more seriously, and overhauled my diet and supplements / medication approach, instead of thinking some Spatone and vitamin C in the morning would sort me right out.
"If I had, I would have avoided a lot of scary moments like fainting on / in various modes of transport, and generally feeling like I can’t breathe, as well as looking like a goth.
"Being left alone in your third trimester feels intensely overwhelming. It’s okay to come off social media and refocus your priorities."
However, Chloe informed her fans that despite the difficulties she's found whilst being pregnant she still feels "lucky" to be on this "mind blowing journey".
She said: "Everything I've said stands, but despite it all, I do actually love being pregnant. And it's absolutely not lost on me how lucky I am, and how mind blowing this journey is."
Chloe's openness comes after her dad Richard told ITV's Loose Women that she is expecting a baby girl.
He said: "She was due on the 5th of August and they've moved it to the 7th of August."
After the panellists noted how excited the GMB star seemed he stated: "Of course I am because she's having a little girl.
"There's something about your daughter having a little girl, it shouldn't make a difference, but it kind of does."
The TV personality told viewers of the show that he loved being a grandparent and that having children "was like a house" and having grandchildren is "like getting an extension on it".
He later joked: "It's somewhere new to go and you can always give them back."
