Montana Brown has stripped down into her underwear to show off her blossoming baby bump in a short clip before telling her followers that her little one kicked for the first time.
The 27 year old, who announced she's pregnant with her first child with beau Mark O’Connor on Christmas Eve 2022, took to her Instagram stories to update her 1.2million fans on how she's been doing.
Wearing plain black lingerie as she stood in front of a mirror, the brunette beauty said: "Hi everyone, this is like 22 weeks. But I feel like from the front I don't even look that pregnant – it's just my protruding belly button."
Turning to the side to give fans a better look at her growing belly, she continued: "I actually felt kicks for the first time on Valentine's Day evening, which was really nice.
"But, you know what, I haven't done any exercise… I obviously take the dog for a walk. But I haven't actually been gymming, but I would really like to get into it because more on a mental level it would be really nice for me to be back in the gym.
"I'm just loving my pregnancy bod. Definitely loving the increased size in breasts, they can stay.
"And also I definitely want to shout out my friend Lucy's underwear brand, because I've been living in her underwear and it's amazing and supportive and sustainable – super soft. And that'll be all for this morning. Living in @reneuthelabel".
Over this, she added: "Over 20 weeks, feeling good, energy high but I would like to get my body moving more as I am missing gymming and getting my swear on.
"Been a bit nervous since recovering from injury but I'm excited to show you guys the gym," followed by a smiling emoji.
It comes after Montana recently to spoke out on how she's been coping with her morning sickness after it randomly returned with a vengeance.
Montana explained: "I did nothing but chill. For some reason, for the past few days, I have randomly been more sick than I have been previously.
"I was on a work call, on a Zoom, on Friday. This lovely lady is mid-sentence, and I was like, 'Hold on, I'm gonna be sick and I'm gonna faint'. I just felt really, really lightheaded and just felt like I was gonna fall on the floor.
"But yeah, just feeling a bit more nauseous, which is really annoying actually."
Montana, who recently revealed her due date, also shared an update on how she is still looking for the right hospital to give birth in as she said: "But, more advancements, we're still looking on the hospital front, lol".
"We loved UCLH but it's not midwifery-led and I'm quite set on midwifery led, so we're looking local, looking at other London ones, so that's my task for this week as well," she added.
