Priscilla Presley delivers speech at Lisa Marie Presley memorial
Priscilla Presley, 77, insists there are no disputes over Lisa Marie’s multi-million-pound estate, explaining the situation to a Newcastle upon Tyne audience as part of her An Evening to Remember with Priscilla Presley tour.
Talking with Radio One DJ Edith Bowman, Priscilla declared: “We are just fine,” as reported by The Mirror.
During the London leg of her tour, one fan named Jackie spoke to the former wife of Elvis Presley about her family during a private meet and greet.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Jackie revealed that Priscilla had been “very emotional” when talking about her granddaughter Riley Keough, adding: “She did also cheer up a lot when she mentioned Riley.”
Recent reports claimed that Riley and Priscilla had been battling it out for control over Lisa Marie’s will and the fortune therein and that they had not been on speaking terms since their tragic loss on January 12.
Jackie claimed that the actress thwarted all of these claims, as she told the fan: “That isn’t the case. Riley and I are getting on well. I went to dinner with her before I came away. Everything’s good.”
Lisa Marie’s sudden passing shocked her fans, friends and family alike as she was only 54 when she died.
The actress had suffered a cardiac arrest in her California home but her heart had been restarted through CPR on the way to the West Hills Hospital, according to The Mirror.
However, Lisa Marie was declared dead later that day.

Just two weeks after the sudden death of her daughter it was reported that Priscilla had filed paperwork challenging a change made to Lisa Marie’s will in 2016.
The amendment reportedly removed Priscilla and Lisa Marie’s former business manager as co-trustees, replacing the pair with Riley and her late brother Benjamin Keough.
As Benjamin died in 2020, this would leave Riley as the sole heir of Lisa Marie’s multimillion-pound estate as well as the iconic Graceland mansion.
However, a representative later confirmed to E! News that Graceland will be inherited by all three of Lisa Marie’s daughters: Riley and her 14-year-old twins Finley and Harper Lockwood.
