The 50-year-old wife of King Felipe showed off her toned arms in a sleeveless, floral-print midi dress by Diego Estrada.
The former newsreader was on a visit to a furniture workshop in Madrid with Queen Rania of Jordan, 52.
Letizia is known to follow a strict exercise routine including daily cardio workouts and Iyengar yoga that builds strength and tones muscles.
