AceShowbiz –Rich Dollaz‘s daughter got into legal trouble. Ashley Trowers, the daughter of the “Love & Hip Hop: New York” star, was reportedly arrested in Memphis for allegedly shooting her ex-boyfriend.
According to TMZ, Ashley told police that she was on her first day at the job as security at a Kroger gas station. She shared that her baby daddy Demiah Tatum and another man named Mykel Yates approached her in a Cadillac ATS around midnight on Tuesday, January 24.
In the arrest docs, it was also revealed that Ashley claimed that she saw someone in the car was trying to get a gun and that prompted to her run away. When she tried to flee, they managed to catch up to her. That was when she fired two shots that struck Demiah.
She then called the cops to report the incident, noting that she was scared when she saw him as she has a restraining order out against him. Additionally, she felt surprised that Demiah knew where she’s working. However, Mykel, who returned to the scene an hour later without Demiah, told police that they were trying to give her some money.
She was taken to Shelby County Jail where she was arrested for aggravated assault. She has since been released. The incident arrived a couple of months after Ashley and Demiah welcomed their first child together.
While further details of the arrest are not available, it may be included on “Love & Hip Hop: New York”. Prior to this, she appeared in several “Love & Hip Hop: New York” episodes and the recent incident may contribute drama to the VH1 show if she ever decides to return.
Meanwhile, Ashley’s mom Miracle Kay Hall got into a similar incident back in 2018. At the time, the “Love & Hip Hop: New York” star was arrested for allegedly shooting her husband. She insisted it was a self-defense and the aggravated assault case was eventually dismissed.
