Michael B. Jordan officially has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame — and his friends and collaborators were there to celebrate by his side. Coogler also directed Jordan in “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” and in his speech, he said he felt that Jordan’s “Black Panther” costar Chadwick Boseman — who died from colon cancer in 2020 at the age of 43 — was “smiling on us right now.” He ended with a tribute to how far Jordan has come. “It’s been a ride of a lifetime . . . watching him blossom,” Coogler said. “From Newark, NJ, bro, to walking in front of driving cars to having your name on this street, bro, godd*mn!’
