Frankie Essex has come to Sam Faiers' defence after her fellow former TOWIE star was criticised for flying her young family first class.
Sam is proud mum to three children whom she shares with long-term partner Paul Knightley. They're parents to six year old son, Paul, daughter Rosie, five, and newborn tot, Edward.
Updating fans on her trip abroad last month, the 32 year old faced backlash for complaining about her luxury holiday.
Sam posted a number of snaps from the plane, the first of which saw her smiling next to partner Paul Knightley with baby Edward asleep on her chest.
In the now-deleted caption, Sam wrote: "The truth is going on holiday with small children is tough, especially with a crawling, teething baby.
"We have had the most wonderful time in the sunshine, swimming every day, exploring, sightseeing and eating lots of ice cream but it's exhausting, remember nobody said it was easy.'
"As for the flight home Edward slept maybe 1 hour out of 7.5 safe to say I was doing everything I could to keep him entertained without crying."
Sam was then told to "read the room" by her followers.
Now Frankie, 35, has come to Sam's defence as insisted that 32 year old deserves to fly first class after years of hard graft.
"I’ve seen that people have been digging Sam Faiers out on social media about flying first class with her kids but, at the end of the day, if you’ve got a baby and you can afford business class because you’ve worked your arse off, then go ahead," she wrote in her OK! column.
"She’s worked her a**e off, Sam. She works so hard. She’s non-stop. She was one of the first people to have a shop on TOWIE and she was only young. She had Minnie’s – her and Billie – and she’s worked ever since. She’s a really nice girl.
"People just find things to get at you for. I think they do it to get your attention sometimes.
"If I could, I’d 100% fly me and the babies first class."
Sam herself has responded to the criticism. Opening up about it all on The Sam & Billie Show, the podcast she co-hosts with her older sister Billie Shepherd, Sam hit back at her critics, adding that she feels as though she "can't win".
Clarifying that the flights were gifted to her, Sam argued that it was part of her job to post about it, and that she wouldn't usually fly first class.
She began: "It's like, you kidding me? Like yes, I've flown business a few times, but not every time I fly is business. Like come on it's like once like once in a blue moon because that was part of the job.
"You just can't win, I had to post the flight because it was part of the job that we were there to do with the Tourism Board. "
