Sarah Ferguson wants people to take our current "climate emergency" more seriously.
A month on from attending King Charles III's spectacular Coronation concert, where the likes of Take That and Lionel Richie banged out some big tunes, the Duchess of York, 63, decided to mark World Environment Day with a special message this week.
"We are living through a climate emergency and it's clear to me that not enough is being done about it," she wrote alongside a picture of herself.
"We need to get serious about reducing emissions all over the world. I am determined to use whatever voice I have to speak up for our planet. #worldenvironmentday."
Fergie's message was heard loud and clear in the comment column, as one of her followers responded: "We need it, and the World is grateful for your engagement with these important questions."
As far as climate change statistics go, National Centers for Environmental Information reported that Europe experienced its warmest January on record this year.
It comes after Fergie exclusively caught up with OK! back in April, having reinvented herself as a bestselling author.
"I feel very proud to have embarked on a new career in my sixties," she began.
"Not many people get that opportunity. Now having married into the royal family isn’t my only claim to fame, I’m an author who has made the Sunday Times Bestsellers List. It feels like this is my time. It is very liberating."
She's currently lapping up the arrival of her third grandchild Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank, too, who joins her other grandchildren August Brooksbank and Sienna Mapelli Mozzi.
"I love being a grandmother," Fergie told us. "It's a whole new phase of life and I am modelling myself on Super Gran. I love being with them and how it brings out my inner child. My grandchildren seem to find me very funny. I love indulging them, too. I get in trouble for giving them sweets."
Elsewhere, she also had some nice words to say about the King, 74, and Queen Camilla.
"I have known both the King and the Queen Consort since I was a child," she revealed.
"I think if you look at the King’s track record in areas like the environment, where he was decades ahead of his time, and the Prince’s Trust, it’s clear what an extraordinary man he is and how fortunate we are to have him on the throne.
"I also admire the way the Queen Consort has worked tirelessly in areas like literacy and domestic violence."
