Strictly’s Shirley Ballas, 62, shows off her sensational figure in a navy swimsuit as she lounges by the pool while on holiday in Portugal
Shirley Ballas sent temperatures soaring on Monday as she shared a slew of snaps in a swimsuit while on holiday in Portugal.
The Strictly Come Dancing judge, 62, took to Instagram to send her fans wild with the sizzling shots.
She lounged next to a pool in a navy strapless one-piece that showcased her incredible figure and toned legs.
Shirley added a baseball cap that read ‘Queen’ and hid her eyes behind a pair of black sunglasses.
Captioning the sunny snaps, she wrote: ‘Relaxing by the pool. I’m resting and getting fit and ready for the busy months ahead with my Skyathlon and @bbcstrictly.

‘Enjoying four juices a day, colonics, yoga, long hikes, spin class and a gym at @jasonvale’s Juicy Oasis.

It comes after Shirley revealed she has ‘changed her mind’ about marrying her long term partner Danny Taylor.
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline at the Copacabana London Cabaret Show in June, she revealed her priorities had changed.
She said: ’I’ve changed my mind. I just feel that at this particular point in my life, my mother and I have got this great relationship and we want to do some travelling and there is different things we want to do’.
Shirley has been dating the actor, 50, since 2019 and were rumoured to be engaged after Danny surprised her with a diamond ring in 2021.
The pro dancer was previously married to previously married to former ballroom star Sammy Stopford from 1980 to 1984 before tying the knot with dancer Corky Ballas in 1985 with the couple splitting up in 2007 after 22 years together.
Despite the news, the pair are still happier than ever with Shirley revealing that they do everything they can to make their long-distance relationship work as Danny is currently on tour.

She said: ‘[The relationship is] going good – I’m busy, he’s busy and we talk to each other every day – several times a day, and my mum talks to him as well’.
She then revealed: ‘I’d love to do a travel show with my mother, but she doesn’t like the camera, so she says, but give her a few brandies and she’s great’.
Shirley has a very close relationship with her mother Audrey, 85, and told The Guardian last year: ‘My mum, Audrey, is 85 and lives with me, and we like to snuggle up in bed and watch murder mysteries’.
She went on to say: ‘Queen Bee and quite bossy. She’s not as forgiving as I am, but she has a beautifully kind heart.
‘She raised my son, Mark (now a dancer on the American version of Strictly), from age two to 21 whenever I was travelling for my dance career.
‘I like to think he got that beautiful side of her, but also a sharp, prickly side from me. Everybody needs a prickly side – so you’re not walked over.’

Shirley also lifted the lid on the latest series of Strictly and hinted at ‘changes that are going to knock the audience for six’.
Following last years’ onslaught of negative online abuse she said: ‘I’ll be turning off all sorts of bad language and sexual messages’
‘I have a social media team behind me this year and my son will be helping me filter it. Of course my mum and I live together, so I’ve got this little soul to bounce off, so I’m not worried about it this year at all’.
Going on to say: ‘I think I’ve come to an understanding more about social media and the characters of people that are on social media, but don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of good people, and I had a lot of support, particularly from the BBC’.
