Shirley Ballas on holiday
Shirley Ballas looked phenomenal as she shared a selection of shots from her weekend at an idyllic juice retreat in Portugal.
The Strictly Come Dancing head judge enjoyed a series of activities as she wound down before the launch of the new series.
On Instagram, the 62-year-old looked glowing in her swimsuit as she shared footage of her antics at Juicy Oasis.
In one cheeky snap, Shirley stripped naked to sunbathe on the deck of a boat which was floating on the crystal blue sea.
In the caption, Shirley told her 279,000 followers: “What goes down at @juicemasterretreats you ask? Juicing, yoga, exercising, walking, spinning and jiving.

“I switched off my phone, swam in the lake and went naked by the sea lol. I enjoyed every moment in beautiful scenery with beautiful people…
“Now we head home for a short weekend before going up north for BBC Breakfast, then down to Wales for my @calmzone Skyathlon, and then very soon I get back behind that @bbcstrictly desk! Hugs and love to you all.”
In another post, the Queen of Latin stunned her fans as she showcased her age-defying looks seven years apart.
Shirley posed with one foot in front of the other looking gorgeous in her swimwear in side-by-side photographs that could have been taken days apart, let alone almost 10 years.

She opened up to her fans about the insecurities she has felt about her looks caused by cruel comments from others. Now, the mum-of-one says she finally “feels good in my own skin”.
She wrote: “2023 vs 2016. Taking care of myself at @jasonvale’s Juicy Oasis after struggling all my life with weight issues.
“I’ve constantly had people tell me I needed to be thinner or that I had to look a certain way. Comments throughout my life have always stuck with me and in my past, they’ve made me feel conscious of how I look.
“Sadly I thought that validation from others was necessary. But turning 63 in September and heading into my seventh series on @bbcstrictly I’m proud of myself and pleased with how I look. I feel good in my own skin.”
Before the new series of Strictly kicks off, Shirley will take on a trio of huge challenges to raise funds for the suicide prevention charity, CALM.
Despite her fear of heights, she will be taking on the world’s fastest zipline, a wing walk and a skydive all in one week.
The challenge is incredibly close to her heart following the death of her beloved brother to suicide.
You can donate to the cause here.
Shirley is also inviting two people to join her on her skydive across Peterborough. To join her, simply text the word SKYDIVE to 70215 to donate a suggested £5 and be entered into a prize draw. Check out the full prize details here.
