Despite rumours of separation and divorce, Joe Jonas and his wife, Sophie Turner, seem to have suggested they aren’t true.
According to US website TMZ, the couple has been having “serious problems” for the last six months, and Joe has been consulting two lawyers in the Los Angeles area after selling their Miami mansion earlier this year.
It also reported that the 34 year old has been looking after the couple’s two young daughters “pretty much all of the time,” including while touring with his brothers Nick and Kevin Jonas.
However, while the Jonas Brothers were performing in Austin, Texas, on Sunday, 3 September. he was pictured wearing his wedding band after being seen both with and without it over the past few weeks.
Not only that, but his wife was also in the crowd as she was seen dancing with Nick’s wife, Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
Joe met Game of Thrones actress Sophie back in 3016 and they became engaged in 2017.
Two years later, they married in a low-key ceremony in Las Vegas before having a much bigger wedding in France which friends and family attended.
Talking to Glamour, Sophie said that Joe had “pushed” her to “find who I am.”
"A lot of [my happiness now] is to do with being with a person I've fallen in love with, who loves me more than he loves himself, and who wants to see me find my own happiness. That was probably the biggest thing that pushed me to find who I am — and find my happiness in things other than acting."
In May, the 27 year old took to her Instagram Stories to apologise for sharing a video of one of their daughters, Willa, and said that it was an “honest mistake” and goes “against anything I stand for.”
"Earlier today I made an honest mistake accidentally posting a video of our daughter on Instagram Stories," she wrote. "We have always advocated for our kids' rights to privacy so sharing this publicly is something that is against anything I stand for,” she said.
"Our children deserve the right to grow up out of the public eye, to learn and grow in private.”
She asked anyone who may have saved or shared the video to delete or report it.
"If I ever were to post anything of our kids, know that it is unquestionably a mistake. I would greatly appreciate if anyone who has reposted on any other platform, please delete the video."
