Stacey Solomon says baby number six is ‘not on the way’
Stacey Solomon has shut down plans for another baby after enjoying rare quality time with her husband Joe Swash on Thursday. The Loose Women star took to her Instagram page to film her spouse making her dinner, as he suggested a night alone.
As he continued to prep the dinner, Stacey, 34, asked: “Why am I so suspicious at this?” She went on to ask Joe, 41, if he had secretly broken something and was therefore trying to make it up to her.
But insisting all was good, the actor said: “I just want to spend some time with you.” Stacey joked in response: “Now I know what you’re after, it’s not gonna happen.”
Laughing, Joe, insisted he just wanted some quality time with her and a cuddle. Hours later, Stacey responded to one of her followers who suggested their time alone could lead to another baby.
She said: “Your messages are cracking me up. Baby number six is not on the way, I can assure you.” The presenter went on to discuss their evening, revealing she enjoyed Joe’s dinner, so much so, she had spilled it down her.

And insisting it wasn’t so romantic after all, Stacey added: “Joe fell asleep while I was doing Elf on the Shelf.” The couple, who married in 2022, share three children together; Rex, four, Rose, 22 months, and baby Belle, five months.
She also has sons Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11, from previous relationships and Joe has a teenage son with an ex. Back in August, Stacey told fans they were finished with having children due to struggles with juggling parenthood and other commitments.

She spilled: “Me and Joe spoke about it when we had one night away. We could not have any more kids. At this point we are struggling to say the least to be good parents, and try and work and do everything else in between. So no not right now.”
The Loose Women star did however say they would be keen to foster once their youngest children are grown up. She added: “Joe’s mum fosters, and I would love to one day foster as well when we are older and all the kids are grown up and moved out, that would be our dream.”
