Strictly: Bobby and Dianne announced in the dance-off
Strictly Come Dancing bosses reportedly cut out a “tense exchange” between EastEnders star Bobby Brazier and head judge Shirley Ballas during last weekend’s dance-off.
According to The Sun, the BBC episode was edited so Shirley’s full comments did not make the final broadcast.
A source told the newspaper: “Bobby sounded like he’d had enough whereas Shirley seemed mildly annoyed and basically told him to pull his socks up.
“Some think the Beeb are making Bobby their golden boy and wanted to avoid any conflict.”
Viewers during last weekend’s episode only heard from Shirley: “I thought you did an exquisite jive.”

Shirley apparently “robustly” advised Bobby to get through the dance-off, however these comments did not appear in the final broadcast.
The BBC have been contacted for comment.
Bobby and Dianne faced the dreaded dance-off last weekend for the first time against Angela Rippon and her pro partner Kai Widdrington.
The pair were saved from elimination after winning the judges over with their Jive routine to Wham’s ‘Wake Me Up (Before You Go Go).’

Dianne appeared to become overwhelmed with emotion when she was saved by the judges and expressed a tearful display.
Taking to Instagram, Dianne later shared a series of snaps of her and Bobby enjoying their time during Blackpool Week.
She penned: “Extremely grateful for another chance to dance and to show you what this amazing boy can do. I don’t take any day or dance for granted.
“I want to thank everybody who took the time to vote for Bobby and I – we appreciate it more than you know.
“Despite a dance-off, that was Bobby’s highest score and he is improving week on week. He started this thing with zero experience so what he has achieved is pretty incredible.
“We have something pretty special for you all this week coming up.”
