Adam Thomas admits Strictly Come Dancing is helping his arthritis
Adam Thomas’ fans are not solely convinced that his latest family picture is natural.
The Strictly Come Dancing star shared a picture of his wife Caroline and daughter Elsie-Rose appearing to be napping as he set off for rehearsals, but many claimed it was fake.
In the snap, both are seen with their eyes closed as his wife rested on a pillow, while their daugther rested on her shoulder.
Adam shared the cute picture in view of his one million followers, writing: “Leaving these two peas in a pod/bed was tough this morning!
“Like mother like daughter, although she may look like her mother, she’s a lot more like me ahhaha don’t know if that’s a good thing or bad thing haha bless her x.”

Fans were quick to leave a comment on the post, as one wrote: “Lovely, but doesn’t look natural.”
Another praised Caroline’s beauty writing: “Who even looks like that in a morning,” alongside a flame and a heart emoji.
In response, one of Adam’s followers wrote: “Someone who has done all their hair and make up and then posed for the photo I’m guessing.”
A fourth added: “She’s beautiful but there’s no way on hell she’s asleep. The bub is but no way is mama. Nice pic tho just a fake one.”(sic)
Others gushed over the snap, as a fifth typed: “Aww so cute Adam you have a beautiful family.”

Another rushed to Adam’s defence and hit back at the fake claims, writing: “Astounding how many negative comments there are!!!! Morons. Its a beautiful picture.”
Adam and Caroline, who tied the knot back in 2017, share son Teddy, eight, and Elsie, five.
They have been a huge support for the Waterloo Road star and his dance partner Luba Mushtuk throughout the series so far.
Earlier this month, the family posed for a picture in Elstree Studios ahead of one of the live shows.
He captioned the picture: “As long as I have this lot everything else is just back ground music… that I’m trying to dance too ahha!!!
“Come on ME!!!!! You need to start cheering yourself on now, be your biggest fan!!
“Let’s gooooo!! I’ve got this x.”
Adam has so far been impressing the Strictly judges and viewers with his moves, and this week will perform an American Smooth.
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 6.45pm on BBC One.
