Get the scoop inside…
The CW has decided to move forward with new seasons of both Superman & Lois and All American: Homecoming, giving the DC series a fourth season and the All American spinoff a third.
“We are thrilled to bring All American: Homecoming and Superman & Lois back to The CW,” Brad Schwartz, President of Entertainment, The CW Network, shared in a statement. “These series are two of our strongest performers across our linear and digital platforms with some of the most passionate fanbases in all of television. We are grateful to our partners at Warner Bros. Television and Berlanti Productions for their continued collaboration, and we cannot wait to get started on the new seasons.”
Sad news though for fans of Gotham Knights, the new series has been officially canceled after only one season on the network. In fact, there are still episodes left to air for the show’s first season!
The news comes after it was just revealed that Superman & Lois and All American: Homecoming were likely to be renewed, but with some budget cuts for both.
Deadline reports that both shows will see a reduced number of series regulars, and Warner Bros Television reportedly reducing licensing fees for the shows.
