The Only Way is Essex star Georgia Kousoulou hates the notion of her son Brody not being by her side 24/7 when he starts nursery in September.
Posting an upset selfie onto Instagram on Monday evening, the 32 year old wrote to her 1.5 million followers: "Mixed emotions. Lately I have been so teary the thought of brody starting nursary in September makes me cry.
"I know it will be good for him & he will love it but I can’t help being sad that life as I know it for over 2 years is finished he has been my shadow everyday.. & now I won’t be with him 3 days a week."
She continued by asking: "I know this prob sounds dramatic to some but I can’t help it! Everyone keeps telling me I’ll have so much time & I’ll love it but I can’t see that right now. Is this feeling normal? Does it pass? [two heart emojis]."
Attempting to lighten the mood, Georgia's fiancé Tommy Mallett joked in the comments that he's ready to drop Brody off at full-time school after the screaming he'd been doing in their house.
On the flipside of her concerns, two of the reality TV personality's fans were keen to point out that she didn't need to send her young lad anywhere until he reaches a certain age.
"Don't feel pressured by anyone. My boy Is a couple of weeks older than Brody and he won't be going until 3. Children don't actually need socialisation at this age according to development" and "He doesn’t have to go. My niece kept all 3 of hers at home until they had to go to school as she couldn’t bear the thought of it. They had plenty of socialising with other children at clubs etc," read their responses.
Meanwhile, fellow TOWIE face Billi Mucklow promised that Georgia would be asking for an extra day without her child after getting the first week out of the way.
Model Shelby Tribble added: "I hear you. Brody will love it and will learn new things. It’s so lovely when they come home and have made cute things for you or learnt new things that they can’t wait to tell you about or tell you about his new friends he’s made," before Danielle Lloyd backed her up with: "Dont worry babe you will be glad of the break and he will love it and learn so much xx."
While talking exclusively told OK! last year, Georgia revealed that Tommy's own ADHD diagnosis means that Brody could fare similarly.
"The percentage is high. You don’t want your child having a cold… I have lived with how hard it has been for Tommy and I wouldn’t want to put my child through that," she said.
"I want Brody to have the most straightforward life there can be. If he has got it, we know about it, and knowledge is power. The specialist has said to me, 'If your child has got it – find their passion – and they succeed 110%.'
"I would be lying to say I am ecstatic about it. There are going to be times at school when I can’t protect him. That will break my heart. But it is what it is. If he has got it, we will deal with it."
