Um, Alexandra Daddario is a Nude, No-Makeup Queen in These Glowy IG Pics

Alexandra Daddario is in Paris for Fashion Week (who isn’t there RN?) and she’s been dropping all kinds of cool content on Instagram of herself checking out the City of Lights. Her latest post features the star with no makeup, and a little surprise in the background.

In the pic, Alexandra can be seen barefaced and with wavy hair in what appears to be a hotel room. Her skin is clear and glowy and she looks all kinds of amazing. But if you look a little closer in the background, you can also see her reflection in a mirror, showing the fact that she’s totally naked.

“Chopin 🎶,” she wrote simply in the caption. People low key freaked out about the whole thing. “Whoa 🤯 the reflection,” one wrote. And everyone else got busy leaving all kinds of fire emojis, hearts, and stars for Alexandra to see.

Okay, but we need to talk about that skin… Alexandra opened up about her skincare routine to Vogue last year, which starts out with two masks—a glycolic-acid puree followed by a moisturizing sheet. She follows that up with Vintner’s Daughter serum, which she started using while filming Baywatch in 2017. “It was really the only thing that really worked” for breakouts, she said.

Alexandra also talked up TruSkin’s Vitamin C serum to InStyle.“I use a vitamin C serum, which I’ve only recently started using,” she said, noting that it’s “great” for combating breakouts due to heavy makeup and stress.

But this star also credits her amazing skin to having a healthy mind. “Part of my skincare routine involves the ritual of going to yoga and de-stressing and meditating and going to acupuncture,” Alexandra told Vogue. “I think it’s really important to take care of yourself and learn to love yourself and love your skin the way it is and keep yourself balanced. I think that all of that ends up helping every aspect of your health, including your skin.”

So, when it comes to taking care of her health, Alexandra definitely hones in on her strength goals so she can stay strong and active. For one, she loves being outside, and told Women’s Health that she’s big into swimming in the ocean and hiking trails. “I’ve found that my body heals faster and responds better if I’m in tune with myself and can be in nature,” she said.

And, naturally, she tries to fuel her body with healthy ingredients, too. She told WH that she kicks things off in the morning with a cappuccino with almond or oat milk, followed by a breakfast of yogurt and fruit, or egg whites with spinach and toast. She tends to reach for the same thing for lunch each day: A turkey sandwich with cheese, mustard, and mayo. Dinner is usually a bowl of pasta with veggies and olive oil, although Alexandra said she likes to cook steak and fresh vegetables or hearty soups when she’s not busy.

That glow, though…
