This Morning: Vanessa Feltz quips about her love life
Vanessa Feltz revealed she gets thousands of kind messages every day since it was revealed Ben Ofoedu had cheated on her, but says she is still not “strong enough” to leave comments open on her posts.
The radio presenter still feels “lonely” after discovering he had been unfaithful to her and she subsequently ended the relationship.
In regard to the support she had received online, Vanessa shared with OK Magazine: “Things have been remarkable on Instagram.
“I’ve turned off my comments because I don’t think I’m quite strong enough yet to go through those, but I do get thousands of messages every day from people showing kindness.
“It’s been absolutely astounding. I’m very, very lucky.”

The 61-year-old presenter says it’s her family, including daughters Saskia and Allegra as well as her grandchildren Zeke, Neroli, Amiel and Cecily who have kept her going and given her the courage to go on her first date in over two decades.
Speaking on being back on the dating scene after she joined the latest series of Celebs Go Dating, Vanessa shared she was “terrified for the first few days” but soon got into the swing of things.
At the beginning of the year Vanessa’s former fiancé admitted he cheated on the TV star and added he was “insecure” about the pair not being married.
Ben revealed he had sex with an older woman in Ibiza as he felt so insecure about the Big Brother star’s reluctance to walk down the aisle.

The Phats and Small star said: “Over a short period of time we had sex three times.
“It was purely sexual, there were no feelings involved. It felt like a chore.
“I just fell back into it with her to keep her sweet and everything under wraps.”
Reflecting on his infidelity, Ben explained to The Mirror: “I should have got some help after the first dalliance.

“I knew there was an insecurity. But I papered over the cracks and if you don’t tackle something it reared its head.
“I cheated because I was insecure.”
“The girl in Ibiza said things like, ‘You’re such a great guy. I don’t know why you’re not married. Who wouldn’t want to marry you?’”
Ben added the scandal was a “disaster” and expressed his regret about the end of his relationship with Vanessa.
