Where was Dua Lipa? Singer misses Sir Elton John duet at Glastonbury

Real reason Dua Lipa was absent from Glastonbury is revealed: Singer misses chance to duet her song with Sir Elton John during his epic set as fans are baffled by her no-show

Dua Lipa was notably absent from the Glastonbury Pyramid Stage on Sunday night where she missed the chance to duet her song with Sir Elton John.

The popstar, 27, didn’t show up to sing their hit Cold Heart, leaving Elton, 76, to instruct the audience to sing her part of the song.

Sir Elton’s final performance of his last UK tour was hailed by fans as the ‘best Glastonbury headliner ever’ as he closed the show.

But despite the momentous occasion Dua couldn’t be there leaving Elton to sing their 2021 hit alone – and instead Dua shared snaps from a family meal on the same day.

Fans were quick to comment as one wrote on Twitter: ‘Sorry Dua Lipa but where on earth is more important to be right now than the headlining performance of Glastonbury with Elton John?’
