Yazmin Oukhellou has opened up on her healing process after being involved in a horror car crash in July.
The Only Way Is Essex star, 28, took to Instagram to share an update with her followers following the tragic accident in Turkey, which saw her on-off boyfriend Jake McLean killed.
She shared two snaps from Marrakech which she described as her "second home", and wrote: "Healing is NOT an overnight process. It takes time. Sometimes you’ll feel like you’re finally getting over something & happy again, and then the wound will reopen when you least expect it.
"Don’t give up, don’t get discouraged. Take each day 1 step at a time. Just try to be in a better place mentally, emotionally and spiritually than you were yesterday."
Yazmin went on to update her followers on what she's been up to, and wrote: "I’ve come back to my second home after what I’ve been through and tried to centre myself.
"When those days hit me where I feel like giving up, I practice gratitude and give thanks to even the smallest of things and it really does help. Love Yaz," she finished off her message with a white heart emoji.
