Children's TV star Ms Rachel confesses putting her son to bed in his school uniform as it's 'great for jammies' | The Sun

SHE'S the beloved children's TV star that mums and dads turn to for parenting advice.

But Ms Rachel's latest recommendation has raised a few eyebrows.

In a post on TikTok, the dungarees-wearing star confessed that she dresses her five-year-old son in his school uniform at bedtime, so that he's ready for the next day.

"We put on a nice new shirt, sweatpants – super comfy, great for jammies," she said.

"And then when he wakes up, we just throw on sneakers."

She went on to add that while "someday" she will "teach him to wake up for school and get dressed", adding "that will be a very good thing to teach, she "can't do that right now".
