EVERYONE knows just how brave you need to be to go into the I’m a Celebrity jungle.
From the horrendous Bucktucker trials, to the severe hunger many of the campmates face each year, starring in I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! certainly isn't easy.
But although sleeping on the floor and not having your phone can be difficult, possibly one of the scariest challenges is stripping off in the shower for the nation to see.
This year, Josie Gibson was left swooning after spotting JLS star Marvin Humes’s six pack as he stripped off to shower.
Whilst the Bristolian presenter was washing her clothes, she gasped in shocked at the singer’s as, as the This Morning star exclaimed: “Bloody hell Marv is that your body?"
But it’s not just Marvin who’s sent tongues wagging.

The Hollyoaks actor was the first to jump in the camp's famous shower with co-star Babatúndé Aleshe and the 23-year-old certainly wasn't shy in taking his clothes off, as fans were quick to praise the muscly male.

While the hunger seemed to take its toll on former Union J star George Shelley during his time in the jungle, he left viewers gobsmacked as he freshened up.
Wearing a pair of red shorts, back in 2015, the singer made a splash as he gave his hair a wash, showing off his v-lines.
Joey Essex
Former TOWIE star Joey Essex was fresh out of a break-up with Sam Faiers when he entered the jungle.
But there was certainly no time to feel sorry for himself though as after feeling stunned at the water temperature, Joey flashed his abs whilst wearing a pair of designer trunks, and soon after bagged a romance with Amy Willerton.
Kian Egan
Westlife singer Kian Egan was crowned King of the Jungle back in 2013 and might have grown up since his days in the boy band, but he looked better than ever when he stripped off to give himself a wash.
After spending his free time soaking up the sun, not only were fans impressed with his bronzed glow, but his six pack of abs went down a treat too.
Simon Webbe
Unlike many male celebs that wore a pair of swimming shorts for their shower scene, Blue singer Simon Webbe knew exactly what he was doing when he rocked up for his wash in his budgy smugglers.
The star casually lifted his arms up and poured a bucket of water over his six-pack, proudly modelled his ripped physique – but hey, we weren’t complaining.
Jake Quickenden
Former X Factor star Jake Quickenden had not long entered the limelight when he signed up for I'm A Celebrity, but when he got soapy in front of the nation, he gained plenty of female fans.
Jake shared a shower with Jimmy Bullard, as he proudly debuted his tattoos and left little to the imagination with his low-rise red shorts.
Jimmy Bullard
Alongside Jake, cheeky footballer Jimmy Bullard was another lad who couldn't resist showing off his bod in the shower.
But unlike Jake, Jimmy ditched the shorts and bathed in the buff – and who could forget his bromance with Carl Fogarty, when the former motorcycle racer flicked his pal's peachy bum.
Spencer Matthews
The former Made in Chelsea star and now dad of three Spencer Matthews didn't last long in I’m a Celebrity due to his steroid use being uncovered, but he still managed to squeeze in his five minutes of shower fame.
Instead of trunks, Spencer stripped down to his boxers as he gave his hair a wash, successfully confirming his heartthrob status.
Mark Wright
Michelle Keegan's hubby worked hard to shed weight and bulk up following his time in TOWIE, and it seemed to have done the trick when he showed off his torso in the jungle.
Not only did Mark Wright don a gorgeous tan, but his huge arms and ripped abs left many open-mouthed.
Dougie Poynter
Last but not least, Dougie Poynter was another male that stripped off for a shower scene, way back in 2011.
