IF you've spilt something over your rug worry not, because it can be cleaned in a few simple steps.
This is how we recommend you cleaning your rugs.
How to clean a rug
The best day to clean a rug on is clear sky and warm one.
This is so it helps the rug to dry up even quicker and without risking it growing any mould because it has been wet for a long time.
Once you decide on which day is best suitable, you can start following these steps to get your rug cleaned.
Vacuum the rug
Start off by vacuuming each side of your rug to remove any dust collected.
Once you've vacuumed it, take it outside.
If there is any remaining stuck dust, beat it off with a broom.

If there is no damage done to the rug, you can now fully wash it.
Wash the carpet
Grab your hose and give your rug a good rinse.
Then grab a brush and deep clean it with the shampoo.
You have to scrub in the shampoo to make sure that you reach all the dirty spots and deep clean your rug.
Leave the shampoo on the rug for as long as the instructions indicate.
Rinse off the shampoo
Once the time passes, it is time to rinse off the shampoo.
Grab your hose again, and rinse it off with water.
Dry the rug
Wring the rug to help remove most of the excess water in it.
The best option is to leave it outside then and let it dry on its own.
One last vacuum
Once the rug dries it might have an odd look.
That is why we recommend you give it one last vacuum to flatten out the fibres and help it look good again.
