In the video, Isabella shows off her lips a day before going on holiday – they are swollen but don’t look too painful.
However, in the following clip, Isabella shows off how her lips have progressively got worse – they are seriously swollen, particularly her top lip.
Isabella is clearly in serious pain as she films herself crying, while trying to ease the pain and reduce the swelling by holding a large iced water bottle on her lips.
Then Isabella goes to the hospital with her friend and we see her with a doctor.

If you have lip filler and are heading away on holiday or plan on sunbathing in your garden any time soon, according to Dr Mark Hamilton, “sunbathing, sunbeds and intense heat (such as saunas and hot yoga) ideally should be avoided for 2 weeks after Lip Filler treatment.”
Dr Mark Hamilton explained that: “Always use sunscreen even on cloudy days.
"Research shows that excess sun exposure affects untreated skin and skin treated with facial fillers.
“Excess Sun Exposure after filler injections can reduce their effects and irritate your skin as it reacts to the treatment during its healing process.”
Therefore, it is an idea to consider minimising your exposure to intense heat for two weeks after having any lip filler treatment, as a precaution to avoid any potential swelling.
Isabella’s video has clearly shocked many, as it has racked up a whopping 530k views in just three days.
It has 22.6k likes, 387 comments and 1,008 shares.
The comments were full of mixed responses from TikTok users – some were stunned and wanted to comfort Isabella, others tried to make light of the situation, while some users admitted to being put off of fillers after seeing Isabella’s reaction.
