FORGET Daz, Persil or Fairy.
Everyone's swapping their standard washing and laundry products for Spanish one these days.
But one woman found out the hard way that there's a downside to buying products from another country – namely that unless you speak the language, you won't understand the labels.
The woman, known on TikTok as Kandy Kitty, began her video by saying: "A lot of you go on about this Spanish stuff.
"So I finally got it and I've got a wash to put on.
"Let's use it!"

She did the "sniff test" first, as she took off the cap and took a good whiff of the liquid.
"No wonder you're all going crazy over it!" she added
Kandy then added some "other stuff" in it too – some Finish tablets, and some Surf laundry pods.
"I want this a fresh wash so why not?" she insisted.

She then showed herself pouring the Spanish liquid into all three compartments of her washing machine drawer, as she declared: "Now for the magic!"
"I'll be back after 3 hours to give you the sniff test," she promised.
But things came to an abrupt halt, as she said: "Guys, guys! I just had to pause the washing machine.
"You ain't gonna believe what I've done."
She then held up the bottle to the camera, turned it around and showed where it said "concentrated floor cleaner".
"Why is it got a basket on it with towels?" she raged.
"You're telling me I've had this wash on and there's floor cleaner in my clothes?
"I need to sit down!
"That's floor cleaner.
"Why did I assume?
"Maybe because there's a basket and towels on the front!"
Concluding her video, Kandy said: "Do you know what? I can't adult, so bye!"
"ALWAYS READ THE LABEL! Lesson learnt," she captioned the TikTok.
The comments section was quickly filled with people laughing at Kandy's mistake, as one wrote: "I live in Spain & I can 100% confirm you have just used floor cleaner as Fabric conditioner..!
"It is fresh laundry aroma floor cleaner!"
"Yep… it’s floor cleaner that smells of linen lol," another laughed.
To which Kandy admitted: "It tricked me!"
"oh dear lol," a third wrote.
"I hope the clothes survive ok.
"We all do crazed up stuff!"
"OMG I have done the same thing as you," someone else admitted.
"I have used the full bottle and only just found out by watching you!"
Kandy admitted in another video that she'd been too scared to get the washing out after her mistake, so had put it on for another wash with the correct products straight away.
She then took the laundry out and hung it up, and said it "smelled nice" as well as looking normal, so it appeared her mistake hadn't ruined any of her clothes.
