A DIY pro has taken to TikTok to share how she transformed her kitchen for just £10 – and some people have even mistaken it for a different kitchen.
Beth revealed that she used Wilko’s cupboard and furniture paint to give her cupboard a new look.
Known online as @athomeinnumber30, the homeowner regularly shares budget-friendly DIY and interior design tips with her 560 followers.
In a new TikTok reel, she said: “Would you believe me if I told you that these cupboards were painted with a £10 paint and no prep work?
“Well, you should do because this is the same kitchen eight months ago.
“The paint is this one from Wilko and I absolutely swear by it.”

During the 11-second video, Beth shares a before and after shot of her kitchen, revealing how she gave the room a luxe new look by taking her kitchen cupboards from mint green to taupe brown.
She used Wilko’s Quick Dry Cupboard & Furniture Paint, priced at just £10 for a 750 ml can.
Below the video, she revealed she cleaned all the doors with sugar soap, before adding just two coats of paint to the front.
She also admitted that there was no need to sand or prime the wooden doors beforehand.

Fans loved her DIY tip, with the video gaining more than 720 likes and 48,600 views.
In the comments, Beth’s followers shared their reactions, with one writing: “No prep at all? I'm tempted so tempted?”
Another said: “Wilko's paint is sooo good!!!!”
Beth replied: “I’m really impressed with the quality! I used this cupboard paint and their kitchen paint in the same colour.”
She’s not the only one sharing their interior design tips online – Sophie took to TikTok to reveal a common mistake so many people make that can cause your living room to look small and dingy.
She said: “We made one of the most common interior design mistakes when we first moved into our house and I’m only just rectifying it.
“The rug in our living area was just too small.
“It touched the corners of each sofa and had our coffee table on top, but it just wasn’t big enough for the space.
“So we found this massive 300 x 400cm rug online for only £300 which was great, and it looks so much better.”
