A SCHOOL worker with a large chest has shared her experience with being dress-coded at work and people think her boss over-reacted.
The woman's boss told her that the outfits she wears to work "show off [her] breasts too much," but the employee told Reddit users that it wasn't her fault that she has big boobs.
People on Reddit were quick to defend the worker after she told them the story under the user name Mermaider Missy.
She said that her boss "seemed pretty heated" when she told the worker that her outfit "was too provocative" and that her clothes are not always appropriate for work.
The worker told Reddit users that her boss said her pencil skirts were inappropriate and that "my tops show off my breasts too much."
"While they do outline my breasts a little bit, I'm a size small everywhere but my boobs," the worker explained.
She added: "If I wear a larger size, my clothes will look baggy."
The worker also shared a few photos of what she typically wears to work.
In one picture, she was wearing a long-sleeve turtle neck and a pencil skirt that went down at least to her knees.
She also showed herself in a sweater dress and tights.

The last photo showed off a little more skin. She wore a skirt with a top that showed some of her chest and a quarter-sleeve cardigan.
Reddit users sided with the worker saying that the outfits shown in the post from three years ago "are not provocative at all."
"I work for a conservative law firm and routinely show more skin than this."
Another Reddit user suggested speaking to a representative if she was in a union.
"I'm also a teacher with big boobs and would never expect my principal to say anything about how I dress (as long as it was professional), which you totally are!" they reassured her.
A third chimed in: "The outfits you posted are all very conservative."
They then asked if the worker had a human resources department that she could speak with about the issue.
"Short of throwing a bulky sweater over your clothes, there really isn’t any way to hide how you are naturally built," they said.
