A SAVVY woman has shared the easy hack to stop sweat patches coming through your T-shirts.

The woman shared the hack on TikTok, and it comes just in time for the heatwave taking over the UK.

In the clip, she revealed how you can stick to pantyliners to the T-shirt under the armpits to stop sweat patches.

She said: "This is a summer sweat hack using two pantyliners.

"And for those of you saying ew pantyliners are disgusting, stigmatising periods is disgusting."

The woman who goes by H Doddles on the video-sharing app explained you should turn your top inside out and stick each panty liner in the underarm of the top.

The sweat-free woman added it was better to use pantyliners rather than sanitary towels as they tend to stick better.

She explained: "Then you gonna wanna line it up, with the inside seam like that, press it down flat, make sure it's stuck and that it can fold comfortably.

"Do this on the other side too.

"It works with light and dark colours and then it stops you getting sweat patches under your clothes."
