A HEALTH queen has proven that small changes go a long way.
In only three months, she transformed her body, losing 20 pounds and beating the bloat, thanks to a few new habits.
TikToker Adriana Montoya (@amontoya_4) swears by the routine that led to her dream body.
“Watch me heal my gut and drop 20 pounds in three months before summer,” she proudly quipped in the clip.
The brunette then showed an image of what she looked like before, wearing a crop top and tight jean shorts.
“From 140 lbs, bloated, and uncomfy all the time,” she admitted about her former self.
When the frame change to reveal what she looks like today, she said, “To 120 lbs, never bloated, and more confident than ever.”
In a black swimsuit, her legs looked lean, her stomach flat, and her arms toned.
As for how she did it, she credits three lifestyle changes.
“Increase your water intake to make sure you’re staying hydrated. I drink 4-6 bottles of water daily.”

Her second piece of advice was perfect for those girls who don’t want to spend too much time in the gym.
“Walking 30 minutes a day, three to five times a week. It’s important to listen to your body and not overdo,” she said, praising the low-impact exercise.
And lastly, she said to speed up your journey with some natural remedies.
“Natural weight loss supplements.
“Not only are they plant based, but they are gluten free, easy on your body, burn fat, boost your metabolism, clear skin, and improve focus and energy.”
As for what she uses to do this: white mocha cold brew, aloe, and greens.
