A MUM-OF-TWO who shed over ten stone in one year using “sensible nutrition” has revealed that her go-to breakfast is a CAKE.
Katie Moore makes a hot and gooey cake in the microwave in just one minute every morning.
The pudding meal just requires a small dish and some mixing, which the weight loss guru took to Instagram to share a tutorial on.
“I ate this high protein mug cake nearly every day while losing 75lb,” she said.
“It kept me full for hours and helped keep my sweet tooth at bay.”
The ingredients are one egg, two tablespoons of maple syrup, a scoop of chocolate protein powder, a tablespoon of almond flour, a tablespoon of cocoa powder and half a teaspoon of baking powder.

She gets the mixture goey with a dash of almond milk and garnishes it with dark chocolate chips.
“Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased ramekin,” she explained.
“Place a piece of dark chocolate in the centre and cover.
“Cook in the microwave for one minute, but check it and add a little more time if necessary.
