SKINCARE is all the rage right now.
While there are hundreds of brands and products to choose from, some of the more popular ones lean on the side of being ultra-expensive.
A cosmetic formulator who goes by @theskintale on TikTok said there are a few well-known brands with products that are overpriced.
She revealed the dupes that you should buy instead.
DRUNK ELEPHANT
The first item that she said you could skip out on is Drunk Elephant’s A-Passioni Retinol Cream.
Buying the tiny 0.33-ounce size of this one will cost you $28, and the larger one-ounce size comes out to a whopping $74.
Instead, purchase the retinol cream from The Inkey List, which costs just $10 for one ounce.
FIRST AID BEAUTY
Next on her list was First Aid Beauty’s Ultra Repair Cream.
Six ounces of this product will cost you $38 at Sephora.
The beauty expert said you should head to a convenience store or Amazon and purchase CeraVe’s moisturizing cream instead, which is half the price for more than triple the amount of cream.
