A SAVVY homeowner has proven that you haven't got to spend a small fortune to update your outdoor patio.
Instead, Sarah demonstrated how you can give your garden patio a total glow up on a budget – using nothing more than paint and a large stencil.
In the clip, which was shared to TikTok (@thenorthernhome), Sarah can be seen giving her social media followers a run down of how she transformed her "drab patio slabs to Moroccan tiles."
She begins: "Get all your tools together.
"You'll need masonry paint, a stencil, a big brush and stencil brush."
To achieve the desired look, Sarah uses the 'Jannah patio stencil' from Dizzy Duck, which costs £38.
