FLOWER centerpieces can add a pop of color to your space but they often wilt too quickly.
A gardening enthusiast shared her simple hack for reviving sad flowers.
The TikTok user, who goes by DIY Mummy (@diy_mummy), tried out the viral trick on her hydrangeas.
"I’ve seen this hydrangea revive hack and thought I would try on these sad-looking flowers," she said in her video.
The influencer demonstrated how to use water to add life to your wilting centerpiece.
"First dip the heads in cold water and then cut the stems diagonally," the DIY expert explained.
The content creator added: "Then put the stems in hot water for at least two hours."
The green-thumbed TikToker then returned to her flowers to see if they were revived.
"Oh my God, it worked. This is after three hours," she said as she showed viewers the healthy hydrangeas.
"I love hydrangeas and now knowing this trick I can have them for longer," the influencer said in the comments section.
