A WOMAN has revealed how she ended up with dentures at just 22-years-old.
The denture-influencer and TikToker, Alex Sandroski, from the US, is often asked questions about her teeth.
Despite Alex being confident getting dentures was the right move, many trolls say she should blame herself for having them fitted at such a young age.
Many have assumed Alex is an ex-drug user and that's why her teeth fell out, one wrote: "I can tell it's your own fault, why did you do drugs," – but that couldn't be further from the truth.
The now 25-year-old who works at a dispatcher for a dental company revealed she had suffered horrific problems with her teeth growing up that caused her great pain.
She revealed that she didn't have much enamel on her teeth to protect them, so she constantly had cavities, decay regardless of how often she brushed them.

On top of that, the roots of her teeth were shorter than average, which also caused issues, she also got braces at a young teen.
She said: "I missed a lot of school because I would be up all night with bad toothache and when I was 12, I was given braces for the first time which worsened my condition.
"The cavities got worse and the dentist discovered I had short roots during the time I had braces meaning my teeth were getting extremely loose and breaking.
"I had to have the braces removed and a permanent wire put on the back of my teeth to keep them in place.

Some users of the app have suggested that having dentures at her age is not something to be proud of, with one writing: "Not something to be proud of at your age."
But Alex is in fact proud of her dentures and the journey she's had to go through, she replied: "I went through absolute hell and suffered for so many years with my teeth."
She continued: "It was really hard, but I've worked even harder to be where I am today and have the positive mindset that I do.
