THIS Hooters girl has revealed the strict rules about her uniform that people may not know, including the frustrating policy on pantyhose.
The woman shot a behind-the-scenes clip of her daily routine and showed how much work goes into dressing up for a shift at the restaurant.
In a short video, Jade Amber (@jade.amberrrrr), gave viewers an exclusive look at how she prepares for her job.
While stockings aren't usually the star of an outfit, servers have to pay a lot of attention to the garment.
In the caption of her video, Jade wrote, "It's $5 for our pantyhose and they tear ALL THE TIME."
Jade pointed at a rip in her tights, then showed herself buying a new pair from a vending machine at work.
The ripped pair were tossed unceremoniously into the garbage can.
Even changing into fresh pantyhose is a hassle, especially if you have long nails like Jade.
"Basically, you roll up your tights so you don't rip them when you're putting them on," she explained.
The employee demonstrated, rolling her tights into a sturdy, folded opening and pulling them up her legs.

But that's not the end of it – to follow uniform protocol, Jade had to get her socks in proper order too.
"You have to pull down your sock and put the pantyhose over your heel, then pull the sock over the pantyhose," she explained in a voice-over.
Standing in an employee breakroom, Jade braced herself against a doorframe, then a table, balancing while she yanked on her socks.
"As you can see, sometimes it takes a little longer," she said.
After getting dressed, Jade had one more task to do.
Breaking out a packet of cleaning wipes, Jade sat down to clean the scuffs off her white sneakers.
"You have to have clean shoes every shift," Jade explained, and if employees arrive to work with dirty sneakers, they need to take time and wipe them down before heading to the floor.
By the end of the video, Jade's pantyhose were secured, her socks were in place, and her shoes were clean.
With a smile and a flutter of her lash extensions, she was ready to get to work.
