If you spot the deer hiding in the woods in less than five seconds, you must have excellent eyesight | The Sun

IF you manage to achieve this task it's a sure sign that you have excellent eyesight.

Your challenge is to spot the deer hiding in the woods, but the clock is ticking.

By the time you start the quest you will have almost finished, that's how short it is, just five seconds.

Lee Ann (@leeanne__2) posted the video of the hard-to-see creature.

She offers no clues to gamers in this search.

But you might be on a hiding to nothing because this deer is in its natural environment.

The background is a wooded and leafy area, where it is right at home.

Brilliant for the deer, but less so for those trying to track it.

Its camouflage does an excellent job of keeping it hidden from prying eyes.

Movement can often give a hiding place away, but not this time.

How about another wildlife encounter, this time with a bird?

In this task, you have ten seconds to find an owl hiding in a tree.

It is a Great Horned Owl and it was spotted by a keen-eyed photographer in Denver, Colorado.

This feathered creature is a master of disguise and blends seamlessly into the background.

So well hidden is it, that it is rendered almost invisible.

Spoiler alert: only part of the owl is visible – making it more difficult to spot in the photo.

If you are at your wit's end, we can put you out of your misery.
