MANY people assume that you need to get Botox or fillers to get rid of wrinkles.
But one woman has revealed how she transforms her skin using natural methods and people say she looks ten years younger than she is.
Namvo, from the US, is 42 but you wouldn't believe it looking at her.
Obsessed with skincare, Namvo revealed how she gets her glowing, wrinkle-free skin without the use of Botox or fillers.
Taking to TikTok, she said: "I'm 42 years old, I've never had Botox, threads, fillers none of that, but let me show you my other anti- ageing treatment alternatives."
Revealing you can reverse the effects of ageing, Namvo explained: "My skin is tighter than it was ten years ago."

Many claimed Namvo's skin was down to good genes, one wrote: "A bit of amazing genetics too."
A third penned: "I would also say it’s the genetics.'
While many people in the comments claimed Namvo's skin was down to good genes – in the video she showed the hard work she undertakes to preserve her glowy skin.
The first treatment Namvo uses is radioactive frequency, which she has been using for four years to help stimulate collagen and tighten the skin.

For any discolouration, the skin whizz uses Pico laser and swears by LED light treatments.
She added: "Another treatment I get consistently is micro needling."
Lastly, she recommended quality skincare products and regular facials.
Namvo, who works in the skincare industry admitted not everyone has the access she does to certain treatments but wanted to share what actually worked for her.
And viewers were stunned when she revealed her age as many assumed she was far younger.
One wrote: "42? 42?!!! Girl I thought you were like 30 at most! Damn you look so good."
Another person commented: "Shook over you being 42!!!"
A third added: "Not me thinking you were in your late 20s."
