A WOMAN has revealed her top five beauty treatments to keep her skin looking youthful and refreshed.
Nicole Smith, 47, is often mistaken for being in her 20s and shared the top beauty treatments for anti-ageing.
In a video posted to her TikTok account, @lipsandlattes, she said: "I'm 45 years old.
"I'm an aesthetic physician assistant, and I'm gonna tell you guys the top 5 things I do to keep my face looking refreshed and young."
The first thing, which will come as a surprise to no one is Botox injections.

The next beauty procedure Nicole swears by is a skin tightening treatment.
The beauty pro explained these often use radio frequency or heat that penetrates the skin deeply to stimulate collagen production, tightening, and lifting.
Microneedling is another firm favourite for Nicole who added: "This is great for improving the skin texture and overall quality of the skin as well as giving you that youthful glow."

Nicole also recommended bio-stimulators for the face, which help keep the volume and plumpness of the skin in tact, something we lose as we naturally age.
Finally, Nicole said filler can also help -if done in moderation.
She added: "If placed in the right areas, it will improve the shadowing on your eyes and give you nice shape and volume to your cheeks."
It seems her tips have clearly paid off as many people claimed she looked decades younger in the comments section of the post which was viewed over 148k times.
